Typical producers Maremma

The magic Tuscany is a land where the many favourable circustamces allow to breed a special cattle, to vinegrowing on the many-coloured hilltops; centuries old olive-groves; a land which gives sugar-sweet fruits, tasty vegetables, golden corn and cereals, even the rice and since few years the precious saffron too, not to talk about fish. The Tuscans with such a lucky chance and their dedication to good food, created the exceptional “Cinta-Senese” cold-cuts, the famous “Fiorentina” steak made only from our “Chianina” cattle; the Maremman cow meats; the good sheep-cheeses, as well as the most widely recognized wines: Morellino di Scansano, Montecucco, Monteregio, Ansonica, Bianco di Pitigliano, etc.; the flavoured and excelent extra-virgin olive-oils made from “olivastra seggianese” kind, which has been awarded by the “Slow-Food” association; the hand made bronze-drawn durum-wheat pasta; the Sorano “cannellini beans”; the Amiata chestnuts; the juicy honey and more and more, to finish up on the right note the different kind of biscuits and sweets, and whathever fantasy and gluttony can suggest to the most refined connoisseurs !
