The Farmholiday Poggio della Quercia is an old stone farmhouse of the nineteenth century, and a recently built dependance. It’s composed from four comfortable rooms with bathroom and private entry, and two appartements with kitchen. It is on a hill, with a wonderfull panoramic view, only 20 minutes from the sea of Argentario and 20 minutes from the thermal bath of Saturnia. Furthermore the farmholiday has a pretty swimmingpool, that can be used only from the guests of Poggio alla Quercia. Here you can taste the typical cooking of Maremma with local products and wines.

It is situated near the sea of Albinia (only 10 km far) in a large park surrounded by the green mediterranean maquis and suitable for gliding small aircrafts. If you love the "wild life", you will find hospitality in our well-kept agricamping; on the contrary, if you look for comfort you will be given hospitality in our comfortable rooms. Anyway, all of you can enjoy our delicious food.

The old farmhoause Le Chiuse is located close to the village Manciano, only 2 km, and it is an ideal basis to start natural and cultural excursions.The house that dates back to the early ninth century and later expanded has been recently renovated with stone in respect of tradition and of the pre-existing materials.La Chiuse has a prestigious equestrian center in the middle of paths and little rural roads, ideal for any kind of walks and excursions.Pension and training horses. It is the typical Maremman produce farm that covers some 20 hectares with extensive olive groves and vineyards. The farmhouse has been rcently restored and the guests are given hospitality in a wonderful environment divided into 10 apartments that have been restored with respect for the ancient maremman traditions. In fact, the apartments have high ceilings with beams, large rooms with arte povera furniture and wrought-iron beds. All the apartments have a living room with a kitchenette, television, air-conditioner (warm/cold), bathroom with shower. On the ground floor, there is an apartment with facilities for disabled persons. There is a hall in common divided into two parts: one includes a living room with a fireplace and a Tv room, the other is used as a dining room where breakfast and theme dinners are served. Outside the farmhouse, there are bowers, swimming pool, tennis court, mini football field, bowling alley, green areas with barbecue and wood burning oven, sauna, ping pong and 15 bicycles for outdoor tours. The hall in common and the outside of the farmhouse may be used for events, such as ceremonies and meetings. The farm has particular arrangements with: Saturnia thermal baths (25 km far), Vega Crociere, which organises cruises to the islands of the archipelago (Giglio, Giannutri and Elba), Caprini travel agency which organises tours to Rome, Pisa, Florence and Siena, Petronio restaurant where you can taste the typical maremman products(3Km), the Antica Caletra manège and the Pelagos diving center in Porto Ercole. Our products are: Capalbio and Sovana D.O.C. wines, I.G.T. extravergine olive oil, eau-de-vie and fresh vegetables.
